Description

「聖約翰草」又名金絲桃，顏色為深紅色。具有消炎止痛的作用，可以舒緩肌肉疼痛，鐵打損傷，拉傷扭傷，骨痛，關節炎；放鬆繃緊肌肉，舒緩運動後的肌肉酸痛，是天然的”鐵打酒”，常被運用於舒緩筋骨酸痛的香薰治療上。 它對皮膚有消炎作用，也可淡化疤痕、消腫止癢；治癒外傷、曬傷、蚊蟲叮咬等。 
可以單獨使用，也可用來調配其他植物底油一同使用。 
適用於任何膚質。 

注意事項：
由於產品不含抗菌劑或防腐劑，最佳使用限期為製造日期起計6個月，請在最佳使用期內使用。
請把產品放置於清涼陰暗處。
此產品只供外用。

建議配方： 
【運動後舒緩肌肉酸痛配方】
聖約翰浸泡油30ml，檸檬香茅精油4滴，檸檬尤加利精油4滴，薑精油4滴，桉油醇迷迭香精油3滴，真正薰衣草精油3滴。
可舒緩運動後肌肉酸痛, 促進循環, 暖和關節肌肉, 加促排走乳酸, 降低運動過後肌肉疼痛的情況。
使用方法：將按摩油塗於酸痛或繃緊處，可配合肌肉的緩和伸展動作，亦可敷上暖水袋以加速精油的吸收，加強舒緩效果。
